Internal Recruiter (Rec2Rec)Remote Working Hybrid Model (WFH)Immediate start - Full TimeYoh Solutions are looking to strengthen Internal recruitment resources for our UK and EU teams. Weve opened a new opportunity for an Internal Recruiter who has the ability to search and build pipelines of candidates for all levels of positions. This isa diverse opportunity that requires the skills to source, identify and conduct the first stage interview in our recruitment process.Yoh are an internationally successful recruitment business (80 years old!) currently experiencing great success. As a result they are expanding their UK team and have a number of internal vacancies within their UK based recruitment teams. We are lookingfor an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running with a strong recruitment network to tap into to fulfil the rec2rec requirements.You will be joining a welcoming and supportive team representing an international brand who are market-leaders in their specialist areas of recruitment.As an Internal Recruiter, you will have:

  • At least 2 years experience in either 360 or 180 recruitment and account management
  • End to end vacancy and candidate management experience
  • Have a mature personality with a self-motivated work ethic
  • Strong search capabilities using various platforms including Linkedin
  • A capable sales person with excellent communication skills
  • Great problem solving skills that can contribute to our internal recruitment and talent attraction strategies
  • Ownership of pushing our brand and success stories to market through various social media platforms
