Job Description

HRLife are looking to speak with bright, credible, pro-active HR Administrators who have had 1-2 years HR administration experience. Youll have worked ideally in a fast growing, commercial business as HR Administrator and be looking to build on your existingexperience in a new environment.This is a great opportunity for someone who has a solid HR Administration background looking to progress and learn new processes across EMEA and support with projects both in the UK and across the EU.You will be joining a busy, friendly HR team and working together to provide efficient and effective administration support across all areas of HR to employees and managers.Key responsibilities will include;

  • Be the first point of contact for employees on queries relating to maternity, paternity, absence, holidays etc
  • Provide seamless HR administration for all new starters; ensuring a great onboarding experience
  • Manage all HR reporting and analysis, using the HRIS
  • Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary and benefits etc.
  • Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters as required
  • Record and monitor all absence, supporting with exit interviews, return to work meetings etc.
  • Support the HRM and CPO with projects relating to engagement, culture etc
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for HR and people. Salary is to 35k depending on experience. Ideally you’ll have worked in a growing business previously with exposure to Europe or the US or have a keen appetite to learn and developyour knowledge across international markets.
