A rare opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join one of our clients - a successful boutique financial services and advisory organisation in Wokingham. The role provides the opportunity to add real value as a key part of theteam, utilise a varied skillset, and contribute toward a high standard of serviceResponsibilities:Working closely with the Office Manager / PA, responsibilities include: Preparation and maintenance of client files, using effective data gathering and navigating through appropriate IT systems. Supporting client meetings, including notetaking and tracking agreed actions. Arranging client events, responding to enquiries from prospective and current clients, and sending communications. Management of compliance and other relevant processes, including ensuring all compliance processes used by the firm are up to date. General administrative and office tasks, including taking a flexible approach to problem solving when creative solutions are required. Develop and maintain effective relationship with colleagues, as part of the small agile team. Liaison with external providers, suppliers and other stakeholders to protect and grow the reputation of the organisation and ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.Optional potential to develop toward a paraplanner role in future, if desired. This could include contributing to suitability reports, projections, reviews and technical calculations, or other activities depending on skills and interests.Requirements: Experience in a similar role, to a level that enables you to work without close supervision and with confidence. Strong general administrative skills, including use of a range of software packages. Excellent organisational skills and ability to use a methodical and disciplined approach to maintain high standards and meet deadlines across a varied workload. Desire to take personal responsibility for completing tasks and use own initiative to solve problems, whilst working within defined business processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exemplary levels of customer service. Comfortable working in a small but expanding company, this could be from previous experience in a similar environment or a desire to move into this. Candidates with direct experience within the Financial Services Industry and familiarity with related terminology and processes will be viewed positively.We are not currently able to sponsor visa applications so candidates must be able to show that they have the right to work in the UK.About Us:As a small and successful team, we have the flexibility to meet the variety of advisory needs that our clients face.
