    • Key responsibilities
  • Working as part of the Customer Success Team you will gather and track data on how the platform is being used
  • Engage with customers to obtain feedback and provide case studies and reports on successes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide end user platform training and coaching as needed whilst resolving any queries
  • Identifying new customer opportunities to generate more revenue
  • Liaise with other departments to achieve the highest levels of customer delivery and service
    • Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Great understanding of CRM systems including SalesForce
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • A proactive approach and a fast learner with excellent attention to detail
