Job Description

Our client based in Winnersh is currently recruiting for a Customer Data Specialist to join their team. Our client requires a Scandinavian speaker (ideally Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian but open) aswell as fluency in English.Please only apply for this role if you are fluent (both written and spoken) in at least one of the above languages and English as you will need to complete a short translation upon application.The role requires individuals with excellent customer service skills. You will need to interface with customers as well have the ability to manage multiple priorities. Transaction handling will be your main focus, and this will be audits, emails and payments, on multiple programs, on a global basis. You will need to ensure quality resolution of all the customer requests.Job duties

  • Respond to all incoming customer enquiries following agreed processes and work to service level agreements
  • Audit transactions and verify details correspond to the program guidelines
  • Ensure all program or process data used in the day to day delivery of program services are correct
  • Have detailed knowledge about the programs you work on and an understanding of our products and services through regular on the job training
  • Adhere to policies and working practices, carrying them out in a timely manner.
  • Understand the clients culture and products and apply such knowledge to day to day interaction with clients, partners and internal contacts
  • Resolve program issues with clients and program participants where required
  • Manage sensitive data
  • Help maintain program processes; the development of process improvement plans and process documentation
  • Help develop program and process improvement plans
  • The Person
  • Language skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
  • Must have good knowledge of MS Office software products, particularly outlook, excel and word.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and teamwork)
  • Professionalism, reliability, accuracy and flexibility.
  • Ability to acquire and retain an appropriate level of knowledge of the Programs and tools they work on
  • Customer service oriented.
