Job Description

Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a great role in Wokingham for a specialist medical equipment companyThis lovely organisation is looking for a great Office Administrator that can work the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. For this they are paying a total salary up to £25,000.The role will be a key support to assist with all enquiries, first point of contact for all incoming calls, assistance with part requests/orders and engineer scheduling. The role will be for a committed, pro-active and enthusiastic individual looking tomake an impact in the operational day to day of this lovely company.The main duties for this role are as follows:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • I.T literate and have an understanding of basic computing terms
  • be a quick learner and have experience of using internal company software
  • great customer service skills to clients over the phone
  • pro-active in resolving issues
  • attention to detail
  • general administrative duties and adhoc support
  • experience in working within an office environment
