Surveyor (3D Laser Scanning)West London£30,000 to £35,000 + Annual Bonus + Performance Incentives + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Company Vehicle + Expenses Paid + Company Laptop + Pension.Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours3D Laser Scan Surveyor required for a fast-growing digital surveying consultancy delivering 2D and 3D survey information to the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work independently and really add value to the company.The successful candidate will have experience using Faro Lasers as well as Topographical Surveying skills using Total Stations and GPS instruments and be able to process the survey data in LSS and AutoCAD. Candidates will also need to be confident using the Faro Scene Software. Those who have experience of using Leica or Trimble Laser Scanning Instruments are also encouraged to apply.This will be a highly independent role, where you will undertake site surveys using 3D Laser Scanners benchmarked by GPS systems, then you will be required to process the site data using Faro Scene software to generate 3D point cloud files. You will work on sites within the designated region and process the survey data from home. Additional duties include Topographical Surveys undertaken with either the Faro Laser Scanner of Total Station Instruments. Topographical Surveys are processed using Faro Scene, LSS and completed in AutoCAD.This is a great opportunity to work independently within a spearhead role, with the chance to build your own team covering the West London region. The company are based in the Bristol/ Bath area but will provide constant support and training remotely where necessary.The Surveyor role:* Working on sites within the designated region and process the survey data from home.* Site surveying using 3D Laser Scanners benchmarked by GPS systems.* Processing the site data using Faro Scene software to generate 3D point cloud files.The Surveyor:* Experience using Faro Lasers as well as Topographical Surveying skills.* Confident using the Faro Scene Software and have a history working within the architectural and construction industry.* Looking to work independently and happy to travel to and from sites.
