SOUS CHEFWOKING GOLF CLUBFREE GOLF & FREE GYM MEMBERSHIPSIGNIFICANT FUTURE INVESTMENT PLANNEDThe ClientOur client are a group of 12 Golf and Leisure Clubs and currently have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Sous Chef as a significant member of their kitchen managemet team for their large property in Woking - benefiting from an on site gym, function suitefor up to 120, driving range and mini golf in addition to 3 pay and play golf courses. The client takes in the region of £20k a week on food and are looking for an experienced sous chef with a great mentoring and motivating ability when it comes to workingwith the team to be able to continue to drive the club forward. Responsibilities:Within your role as Sous Chef you will be working with 5-6 in the team.You will have responsibility for the day to day food preparation and for controlling the food cost of sales to budget. Working alongside the Head Chef to develop menus and create revenue and expense plans to maximise sales and profitability whilst maintainingexcellent food quality.Requirements:Further requirements will be to nurture, develop and retain a team of kitchen professionals, motivating and leading them to deliver exceptional service that meets and exceeds our customers needs.Hours5/7 days - 40 hrs a week.
