Our client are seeking a Sales Order Administrator who will be responsible for the systems and processes within the business. If you are organised, analytical and able to work well with other teams to ensure a smooth process is carried out at all times thenthis could be the role for you!The Sales Order Administrator will:Be the first point of contact for queries within the businessDeal with sales order processingSupport with reconciliationsBe responsible and resolving any problems that come into the officeWork with stock and the warehouse dailyLiaise with the sales teams dailyMake sure any delivery issues are communicated well within the companyUpdate each team on changes with stock and productsDeal with the forecast sheetsTo be considered for this Sales Order Administrator position you will:Be confident on all computer systems, in particular ExcelHave a high accuracy in your working approachBe extremely organised and work well under pressureBe a real problem solver and be able to resolve queriesHave the ability to work towards tight deadlinesMaintain previous administration skills dealing with stock and productsIn return, our client offers a hybrid working structure and an exciting opportunity to work for a growing business.
