Project Worker – Move on Accommodation, up to £23,000 per annum, 37.5 hours (including weekend work)The York Road Project supports people experiencing homelessness in Woking. We also work alongside statutory and non-statutory agencies to develop and lead in delivering a client centred support package to improve the outcomes for single, non-priority homeless in Woking and Waverley.If you are a Project Worker, looking for a challenging and rewarding role that can contribute to the essential support we provide, then we want to hear from you!In this role, you will be responsible for managing four properties and the clients who live there along with the housing management and Health and Safety for all move on properties. In addition, you will work with our clients to develop and deliver a client centred support plan.You will be an integral part of the YRP team supporting those who are experiencing homelessness in Woking.
