Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking Supply Chain Specialist / Operations Specialist

  • Role based in modern Woking offices for 3 days a week, 2 days a week work from home. Half day on a Friday.
  • Salary between £30,000- £35,000, benefits and private health plan

Reporting into the UK Operations Director you will be managing the supply of goods from the companies UK and European warehouses to fulfil the demands of theirUK and French customers.This is a renowned US company supplying children’s products to all major retailers. A varied end to end supply chain role, utilising your French language skills for those clients.Job Summary:The Operations Specialist will assist in key aspects of the logistics for the UK and Europe.A varied role which entails processing customer orders, inventory control, working closely with company warehouses and the third party logistics partners. You will also be invited and welcome to give your input in to adapting and enhancing process and systemsKey Duties of the role Process customer sales orders and invoices Manage inventory control across UK and EU warehouse locations Process intercompany and warehouse related transactions within the ERP system. Work with the third-party logistics on inbound shipments Collaborate across multiple teams to implement process improvements Identify and pre-empt and resolve supply issues as required Assist with measuring and improving supply chain performance.
