Job Description

My client is established in the design, manufacture and installation of custom lifting solutions, both in the UK and internationally. Due to increasing demand, they are looking to expand their installation team with an Installation Team Leader. The successfulcandidate will come from a mechanical installation background, and be happy to travel throughout the UK and internationally.Installation Team Leader Position Overview

  • Working in teams of 2
  • Carrying out installations of lifting equipment at client sites
  • Most clients are based in London, however there are some throughout the whole of the UK and abroad
  • Travelling to the workshop in Byfleet at the start of your shift, then using work vehicle to travel to client sites
  • Training team members
  • Testing completed installations
  • Providing excellent communication to clients
  • Liaising with the service teams
  • Working to regulations and company standards and policies
Installation Team Leader Position Requirements
  • Must have experience carrying out installations of mechanical equipment
  • Welding/fabrication experience
  • Mechanical qualifications
  • Hydraulics experience beneficial
  • Electrical experience beneficial
  • Based within commutable distance of Byfleet
  • Happy to travel throughout London and occasionally the UK and internationally
Installation Team Leader Position Remuneration
  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000
  • Company profit-related bonus paid yearly
  • Overtime available
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Appraisal every 6 months
  • Hours Monday - Friday 06:00 - 15:00
  • Pension
