Geotechnical Engineer (Woking)Reference: BY1130Salary: £33,000 - £37,000.Are you a geotechnical engineer looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the Woking area One of the UKs leading geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancies are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic engineer to join their expanding team on avariety of exciting projects. With nearly 30 years in the industry, a team of specialist and chartered engineers and multiple awards and accreditations, the company have the background and resources to support you and the next stage of your career.This Geotechnical Engineer position offers:

  • A competitive salary (£33,000 - £37,000).

  • Varied and exciting day-to-day responsibilities and projects to work on.
The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be working on desk studies, carrying out risk assessments, working on site to carry out logging, supervise drilling and writing factual and interpretative reports. Assisting and training junior team members may berequired at times, and a willingness to work on varied and demanding projects is essential.The successful Geotechnical Engineer will:
  • Have a degree in geotechnical or civil engineering (or a similar/relevant subject).
  • Have experience as a geotechnical engineer or consultant, with a developed understanding of the industry.
  • Have exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Be commutable to the Woking.
