Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our successful and rapidly expanding company located in the heart of Woking, conveniently close to the train station. The salary for this position is negotiable based on your experience, and we offer a comprehensivebenefits package. This package includes 25 days of annual leave (with increases based on service), additional time off during Christmas, your birthday off, and bank holidays. Moreover, we provide a generous pension scheme, disability insurance, and privatemedical coverage that extends to your family.In this role, your main focus will be on delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing cash flow through the procurement and sale of energy, as well as contributing to the planning and development ofour companys carbon reduction plan.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Energy purchasing: Ensuring the establishment and maintenance of appropriate energy supply contracts, accurate and timely billing and payments, and obtaining value for money.
  • Recommending tariff changes: Identifying and proposing tariff adjustments to comply with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements, and effectively communicating these updates to customers.
  • Metering and billing service: Providing a top-notch metering and billing service to end-customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure reliable metering data and working with external service providers to ensure accurate billing and payment collection.
  • Contract renewals and negotiations: Handling contract renewals for heat, cooling, and power supply to existing customers, as well as negotiating contracts with new customers.
  • Customer helpdesk and website maintenance: Managing a customer helpdesk service and overseeing website maintenance to promote our company and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer queries, creating a positive customer experience.
  • Team management: Supervising a team of administrators who handle front-line customer services and day-to-day administrative tasks.
