Digital content manager / Customer Experience Manager needed - Read below.We are working in partnership with a UKs leading company within its space and are on a mission to take them to the next level when it comes to their content and customer experience. Therefore we are seeking a very experienced Digital Content and Customer Experience Manager.Primary Job Purpose -To develop and manage a digital content and SEO strategy that allows the company to meet strategic goals, including increased website visibility and improving ROI across digital channels.- Improve and optimise the companys website usability, design and content to increase lead conversions and improved user experience through A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation.- Take a leading role in managing the digital marketing team and maintain a culture of expertise and results driven executions.Key Responsibilities Drive the Groups Content and SEO strategy to increase the visibility of the website, optimise the website CRO to generate more high-quality sales leads and improving ROI across our digital channels.
