Job Description

2i Recruit are excited to be working with an innovative organisation that sits in the healthcare sector who are seeking a patient centred, Clinical Implementation manager to cover the South of England being a strategic partner with the sales and post sales team, implementing solutions that transform pathways for their NHS customers, while providing a better patient, physician, and staff experience.Working in parallel with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Clinical teams to influence clinical leadership and establish protocols for consistent improvement in programme delivery within assigned NHS accounts. You will act as a clinical champion to build trust and expedite the adoption of products for NHS customers. You will partner closely with all cross-functional teams therefore exceptional stakeholder management and communications skills are essential!Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within NHS accounts to implement clinical excellence programmes, identify challenges with their current monitoring service and using existing knowledge, help to influence clinical leadership to implement pathway transformation programmes in ambulatory cardiac monitoring.
  • Partner with key accounts to scope their current pathways and workflows to identify how the company can help to achieve better outcomes associated with the speciality via pathway change and operational efficiencies
  • Work with the organisation’s cross functional team members such as Clinical Ops and Customer Service to implement the Service in NHS accounts balancing client needs and desires with internal process and capabilities
  • Build the necessary infrastructure and tools to establish and lead clinical education programmes across regions
  • Share best practices and success stories from key accounts across key functions to help sales representatives better understand and deliver on what matters most to NHS customers
  • Represent the voice of the customer by clearly understanding customer needs, providing use-case examples and marketing requirements documents to engineering, R&D and senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for unique partnerships/collaborations with healthcare practitioners looking to develop care pathways, white papers, case studies that highlight best practices in ambulatory cardiac monitoring.
  • Experience & Personal Attributes You are an experienced individual with a clinical background who is highly driven to support a growing business and passionate about finding solutions to make new technology available to all NHS users, which include patients and their physicians.You are experienced in the effective delivery of a clinical service and have a patient-centric approach along with the following:
  • Bachelors Degree or above in Lifesciences or Healthcare
  • Project Management experience in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience in Healthcare pathway transformation
  • Knowledge and understanding of procedures for NHSE, CVD Boards and NHS commissioning guidance and process
  • Demonstrable ability to educate and build relationships remotely
  • Previous experience in training programme delivery
  • Proven ability to work with initiative and under your own direction
  • Confident in the use of new and existing technology applications
