Job Description

HR Advisor12 Month FTC Witham based with hybrid working offeredUp to £36,000 depending on experienceAre you a confident HR professional with good employee relations experience Are you looking for a new challenge working for a rapidly growing business We might just have the role for you!My client are based in Witham, they are seeking a HR Advisor to cover maternity leave for 12 months.Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing professional and confidential HR advice, support, and administration across the full range of HR activity; including employee relations issues, flexible working applications, performance reviews, long-term absence, and welfare concerns.
  • Provide advice and guidance to management on training and development requirements and actively promote apprenticeship schemes.
  • Taking the lead on all employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, redundancy, grievance, appeals, performance management, change, and absence management by ensuring that any potential risks are identified and minimised by considering all mitigatingpossibilities.
  • Manage your own employee relations caseload within the correct framework and coach all levels of management through these matters to ensure a successful and timely resolution. And to ensure that they are dealt with confidentially, fairly, commercially,pragmatically and that all legal procedures are followed.
  • Assisting with the monitoring, reviewing and updating of all HR policies, ensuring they are in line with current legislation and maintaining data protection at all times.
  • Actively participating in project work, increasing engagement levels and promoting EDI initiatives.
