Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic and friendly HR team. This role is integral to supporting our people operations and contributing to the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off-boarding.   • Provide recruitment administration support, including advertising roles, liaising with partners and agencies, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Monitor and report on temporary agency spend.
  • Coordinate DISC Profiling and set up interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding cycle, including drafting offer letters, contracts, and conducting right to work checks.
  • Facilitate participation in corporate induction and manage probation review tasks.
  • Prepare and administer paperwork for employees, such as contractual changes and leaver documents.
  • Manage the off-boarding cycle and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Review First Aider and Fire Marshal lists quarterly and organise training as needed.
  • Assist with cyclical audits and provide support for general HR-related issues.
  • Provide references for ex-employees and support the HR team with minute-taking and other ad hoc duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a HR-related role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail and computer literacy, particularly with Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the HR team.
