Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experienceApollo Home Healthcare are looking to recruit a large team of Support Workers who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support can support our adult service user who has complex care needs.Our service user is a mature gentleman who lives with his extended family and requires 24/7 care.He enjoys listening to music, watching sports on the TV, particularly football, and spending time outdoors with his two pet dogs.He can mobilise independently and has the use of a wheelchair for longer distances.Due to his tracheostomy, his verbal communication is reduced. He has a whiteboard which he writes on and his care team will need to lip read to establish his wants and needs.You will support his social and emotional needs and he may require some assistance with personal care.Please note, drivers are preferred however we can accept non drivers who are local to Witham with reliable transport links.Essential Experience Required
