Job descriptionAre you a recent IT or technical subject graduate looking for a fantastic opportunity to begin your careerI am currently recruiting on behalf of a hugely successful business who are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated graduate to their team.This business is brilliant at retaining and developing staff, largely due to the exceptional training programs, industry leading remuneration packages and fantastic progression opportunities within the business.This role would be suitable for a graduate who has a 2.1 minimum qualification in a I.T, computer science or system analysis related subject and wants to step into a fantastic opportunity to work for a brilliant business.A UK DRIVING LICENCE & OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.RESPONSIBILITIES - I.T GRADUATE

  • Developing expertise with company technical applications & tools.
  • Identifying, developing and testing new features.
  • Providing 2nd line support.
  • Developing & Maintaining UNIX Shell Scripts.
  • Operational administration as required.
DESIRED SKILLS - I.T GRADUATE
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a technical subject.
  • Ability to build positive working relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Understanding of Databases (Ideally Oracle)
  • SQL and/or PL/SQL experience.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn iReports & Jaspersoft Studio.
  • Knowledge of Unix or Linux & Shell Scripting.
  • Experience of Systems Integration.
  • The ability to working under pressure within a busy office.
  • Experience in an operational role.
