Please note this post will be based at University Hospital Wishaw with travel regularly throughout LanarkshireApplications are invited from suitably experienced and qualified persons in relation to a key monitoring role within the Property & Support Services Division (PSSD).Experience of auditing cleanliness, hygiene and environmental standards is essential and it is desirable that this should be within a health care setting.The successful applicant will have responsibility for scheduling, co-ordinating, implementing and recording environmental monitoring audits across NHS Lanarkshire’s sites on a monthly basis.The post holder will have responsibility for managing all aspects of the monthly monitoring programme within PSSD to the agreed specifications and timescales. Regular status reporting to the Senior Management Team is required and it is expected that the candidate will take ownership for appropriately escalating issues where necessary.The successful candidate will communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders, including but not limited to Property Services, Clinical & Administrative Teams, IT and the nominated contractor.Applicants for this post must hold a valid Driving Licence and have access to their own car.
