Salary: £8807 - £9023 per annum plus Recruitment and Retention Allowance of £1257.27Post Ref: 220082Hours: 18.5 hours per week, 37 weeks per year (Monday, Thursday, Friday)Base: WisbechAre you looking for a role where you can make a real difference We are looking for someone to share their expertise and experience in Childcare to help our students find valuable work experience placements, assess their skills and qualities in placementas well as offering advice and guidance on future careers and higher education opportunities.A Levels or an equivalent qualification in Childcare is required for this role, along with experience of working with children in a nursery and/or primary school setting. You are also required to have or be willing to obtain; Level 2 English and Maths (GCSEA*-C,9-4 or equivalent), IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent, an Assessors Award and a level 4 qualification in Careers Information, Advice & Guidance (the cost of funding these qualifications and appropriate support will be provided to the successful candidateat CWA). An interest in working with young people and/or adults in a supportive and advisory capacity is preferred as is the ability to communicate with people on all levels.
