Job Description

Team Leader - Wisbech - 28,000/32,000ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit an Team Leader with immediate effect for our leading client based close to Wisbech.As a Team Leader you are responsible for leading and managing a team of people to achieve specific goal. You are responsible for guiding the team, setting goals, and providing feedback and support to ensure that the team meets its objectives. You may alsoprovide training and coaching to the team members and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within scope. Additionally, you are responsible for motivating and inspiring team members, resolving conflicts, and creating a productive and positive work environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Operational shift briefs - Deliver and scan to online folder
  • Manage MHE - defect - MHE Board - sign all check sheet
  • Manage doors in line with the policy, fill out door check sheet
  • Complete driver behaviour monitor form & scan to online folder
  • Complete daily Gemba walks in line with Gemba tracker in the new format
  • Complete daily Hygiene audits and complete any actions required - scan to online folder
  • Complete inbound checks and complete any actions required - fill in Inbound Compliance Form
  • Complete outbound checks and complete any actions required - scan to online folder
  • Complete safe space/pristine manual handling sheet - scan to online folder
  • Complete daily gas check and advise team leader to update site status report. (Nights)
  • RTW/absence manager / Disciplinaires / Investigations
  • Ensure stock on hand to cover orders
  • Liaise with factory reference future production plans to ensure availability to meet demand
  • Ensure all discrepancies are dealt with in a timely manor
  • Manage pick faces (Counts - BBE’s checks - negative stock - housekeeping etc)
  • System management
  • SAP super user
Required Experience&Skills
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience of working within a Warehousing environment
  • Excellent administrative Skills
  • Accuracy and organisational skills
  • Practical with a willingness to learn about new systems and processes
  • Computer literate
  • Punctual, reliable and have a good attendance record
  • Tenacious and willing to challenge to resolve issues
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with Customers and Co-Workers
  • Strong Team Player
  • Professional in appearance
  • Must have own transport and full UK driving licence and own transportation to work
