Were a multi-site Accountancy Practice, with ambitious growth plans and substantial prospects for career development. From offices in Spalding, Wisbech, Market Deeping and Peterborough, we work with businesspeople and private clients across the Eastof England, providing services including accountancy, business development advice and tax compliance and planning.JOB DESCRIPTION: Tax Manager, Tax Accountant, Chartered Accountancy Practice.Youll have the chance to demonstrate and grow your skills within income and capital taxes planning, trusts, succession, corporate restructuring, share options, residency and more.Based in the Wisbech office, but covering all offices including Spalding, Market Deeping and Peterborough, your responsibilities will include: · Advising clients in various tax areas including income and capital taxes planning, trusts, succession, corporate restructuring, share options and residency issues. · Taking primary responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of clients. · Leading the tax advisory team and coordinating with other departments. · Collaborating with the resident Tax Partner on business development, marketing, and networking initiatives. · Mentoring and training staff as required.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Tax Manager, Tax Accountant, Chartered Accountancy Practice.You will have experience within a Tax Advisory role, preferably within practice. You will also: · Be CTA qualified. · Be well versed in both personal and commercial tax. · Enjoy being client facing, so be able to confidently engage with clients, and display excellent organisation, communication, and relationship management skills. · Be a natural manager of people, internally and externally.It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets and worked with the following products and/or services: Tax Manager, Senior Tax Accountant, Tax Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Tax Specialist, CTA, CIMA, ACCA, Senior Auditor,Auditor.INTERESTED Please click apply.
