Job Description

Service Administrator =Location - Office based, WisbechHours - Monday/Friday 8-5 (Early finish Fridays on alternate weeks). This business is a trusted brand with its customers in the trade, and work on all types of vehicles including special purpose.They now seek an enthusiastic and passionate administrator to come and work with the service team and provide support. This role is initially a maternity cover, but has the potential to go longer for the right candidate with plenty of growth opportunityGeneral Duties:

  • General office duties as requested
  • Answering general telephone/redirecting calls/ taking messages
Main Service:
  • Answer service telephone lines
  • Typing engineers paperwork
  • Log and book service calls (after suitable training)
  • Book calibrations on receipt of orders
  • Preparing quotations for repairs on instruction from co-ordinator
  • Completing spreadsheets for calibration & service calls
  • Filing when necessary
  • Assisting with co-ordinating during holiday/sickness periods
  • Any other relevant duties
About you:
  • High organisation skills
  • You show initiative and apply training/development
  • Experience working in an administration role
  • Friendly and outgoing person happy to work as a team and all pull together
  • Local and able to fulfil the hours on offer
