Staffline is recruiting for Production Operatives to work in Wisbech Elm. The rate of pay is from £9.27 up to £9.77 per hour. There are opportunities for overtime at this site which is paid at a rate of £11.03 to £11.53 per hour. You will work flexible shifts in this temporary, full-time role. The following shifts are available: - 10:30am to 10pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 8am to 7.30pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6.30am to 6pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 10pm to 6am on a 5 out of 7 shift pattern Your Time at WorkAs a Production Operative, you will work on the line, packing high-quality fresh produce as well as preparing unique combinations of vegetables specifically to the customers requirements. This role involves standing for periods of up to 12 hours and some heavy lifting, up to 20kg. Our Perfect WorkerOur ideal Production Operative will be reliable, hardworking and show good attention to detail, to ensure that product orders are accurate. A certain level of physical fitness is required as you will be standing for up to 12 hours a day and carrying out some heavy lifting. Previous experience within a similar role is desirable, however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
