My client is looking to expand their branch across the Fens and require great candidate who are experienced in conveyancing to support this already established business. The client are looking for individuals who challenge themselves, work towards goals and really want to have an impact in this organisation. Key Responsibilities Include: Working individually and within a team and depending on experience reporting to a solicitor with view to handle files personally. Developing and administering legal processes, procedures and frameworks Research and prepare legal documents Administering and maintaining contract document management system General or specific convayancing work Handling confidential information Drafting correspondence and documents as required Handling caseloads (depending on experience) Responding promptly to internal requests General office tasks and administration Acting in accordance with regulatory requirements at all times The Individual: Good positive can do attitude Understanding you are an asset and representative of the firm and not just a employee doing a job.
