Job Description

POTENTIAL EARNINGS £803.00 PER WEEK, LONG TERM WORK ALL YEAR ROUNDREGULAR ONGOING WORK WITH IMMEDIATE STARTSNIGHTS OUT AND TRAMPING AVAILABLEStaffline is recruiting Class 1 HGV drivers for our client based in Wisbech.PAYE rates including holiday in lieu for the role of HGV 1 driver are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday – £14.84 per hour
  • Daily Overtime – £15.69 per hour
  • Saturday – £17.37 per hour
  • Sunday – £17.93 per hour
    • We are delighted to be able to offer ongoing trunking delivering to large distribution centres up and down the country delivering frozen goods. Nights out and tramping available.No assessment needed!Please also contact us to discuss our new, entirely optional, alternative arrangement, where a driver would receive a payment in lieu of holiday accrued, which is paid weekly as you work, rather than holiday pay being accrued to be taken at a later date.If you chose this option, you must still follow the standard holiday processes in respect of booking periods of time off from work and will be actively encouraged to take appropriate time off each year.Your Time at WorkAs a Class 1 HGV Driver, the work will involve delivery and transportation of frozen goods driving a refrigerated vehicle. Average shift length is 12 hours and full training will be provided. In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you.Our Perfect WorkerAs a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will have:
  • 24 months HGV driving experience
  • No more than 6 points
  • Digi card and CPC
