Job Description

We are working with a Highly respected agricultural firm in Wisbech, who are looking for an End-User Support Engineer to join their growing IT team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and secure end-user computing environment,utilizing their in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot deployment, as well as providing excellent IT helpdesk support.Key Responsibilities:Microsoft Intune and Autopilot Deployment:Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and Autopilot deployment strategies.Configure and maintain device profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments through Intune.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize endpoint security and management.IT Helpdesk Support:Provide expert-level support for end-user technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.Resolve incidents and service requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).Document and maintain a knowledge base for common issues and resolutions.End User Training:Conduct training sessions for end-users on the effective use of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and other relevant technologies.Create documentation and user guides to facilitate self-help and user empowerment.Policy Enforcement and Compliance:Enforce security policies and ensure endpoint compliance through Microsoft Intune.Monitor and remediate security vulnerabilities, keeping the organizations devices secure and up to date.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with IT teams to integrate end-user computing solutions into the overall IT infrastructure.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with business needs.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as an End User Computing Specialist, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Microsoft certifications in Intune and Autopilot are highly desirable.Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and tools is a plus.Full Driving License.If you are interested in this position or would like to learn more, please click apply, or alternatively contact Toby Brownlie at Pure Resourcing Solutions Norwich.
