Customer Service Engineer / Field Services Engineer, Telecoms, Optical/DWDM/Networking/Transmission, £30-38k base + on call,An excellent opportunity presents itself to an experienced Customer Services Engineer / Field Services Engineer with experience across broader telecoms and network engineering.The role will have you commissioning and installing diverse telecom network equipment on customer premises ranging from FTTP/X head end equipment (OLTs/ONTs etc), through to Optical/DWDM transmission networks on to Network Management Platforms, VoIP, Switchesand Routers etc. You dont need to be an expert on all, as training will be provided but you must have a decent foundation across the space.The role is remotely based but you will need to be commutable to the Wisbech warehouse in order to pick up the equipment required for installing, with customer sites predominantly within the East of England but with some requirements UK wide.Full time permanent role, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, £33-38k base salary with an on call rota providing an opportunity to increase earnings and all travel expenses covered in line with HMRC rates and additional access to company van.
