Paragon Resource Solutions are recruiting for a Contracts Manager on behalf of a well established social housing contractor overseeing a Kitchens and Bathrooms upgrade programme covering the Wisbech, Peterborough, Kings Lynn and Boston areas.Duties will include the day to day management of trade operatives on a local authority kitchens and bathrooms installation contract. The current programme is opening a number of properties a week with both a kitchen and bathroom replacement in each.As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the successful completion and handover of the properties on time and budget as well as being responsible for Health and Safety and the ordering and delivery of materials.The successful candidate must also have good customer service skills as the role will involve liaising with the tenants and client through the duration of the works.You must ideally have previous experience in a similar role preferably within social housing.Tickets Required:SSSTS/SMSTSCSCSFirst AidThe role can be offered on a freelance basis on an annual PAYE salary of £42,000 per annum.Benefits- Car allowance- 28 days holiday (with the option to buy or sell annual leave)- Birthday off- Early finish on Fridays- Trade point discount card- Monthly draw with £350 prize.Please apply with your CV via the link if you think you have the attributes for this role.IND1
