Job Description

Logistics Administrator - Wisbech, Cambridgeshire - £18,500We are looking for a process-driven and highly organised Administrator to join a transportation company based near Wisbech as their Logistics Administrator.Working for a fast-paced warehouse and transportation company, the Logistics Administrator is responsible for day-to-day customer service administration, processing all outbound and inbound movements for customers and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standards.Suitable candidates will previous experience in a process-driven administration role, possess impeccable communication skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to be IT literate with good MS Office skills.Key responsibilities as the Logistics Administrator will include:

  • Processing outbound / inbound movements
  • Day to day paperwork, processing, filing and uploading client details
  • Providing administrative support to the warehouse and transport team as needed
  • Producing reports
  • Providing high level or customer support at all times
  • Identifying opportunities for change and innovation
  • Ad hoc projects as required by line manager
  • Skills and experience required to undertake this role:
  • Previous experience in a process-driven administrative role
  • IT literacy including MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Client focused with excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive team player
  • Due to the location of the workplace access to a vehicle will be required
