Our client, a hospice have an exciting role available at their Hospice in Wisbech for an experienced Administrator who would like to join them on a permanent basis.AdministratorJob Ref: KF657648WisALocation: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE13 Type of contract: PermanentHours: 37.5 p/wSalary: £19,925 - £21,000 per annum (pay review pending)You will provide a full administrative support service to the Hospice at Home Team, liaising with patients and health professionals in a sensitive and professional manner, ensuring information is passed on to all concerned, and data is kept up to date. Thispost will also support the administrative team at the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre.You will act as first point of contact for enquiries into the office, receive and relay messages and take appropriate action. Reassure anxious callers and answer queries in a polite and sensitive manner, being aware of patient confidentiality at all times.You will maintain the office diary both manually and via SystmOne (patient data system), as well as management of Hospice at Home caseloads and tasks within SystmOne.They are looking for someone who has similar experience and can work flexibly across 7 days per week.Please note that the salary quoted is based on full time hours and needs to be pro-ratad for part time posts.
