Tenant Liaison OfficerStart ASAP - Temporary to PermanentWirral£16.00ph Umbrella PAYEPlus £0.45p Site MileageThe ClientOur client is a leading Social Housing Contractor with offices based Nationwide. They work with some of the largest City Councils and Housing Associations/Groups across the Country. Due to internal movement, they are looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officerfor their project in the Wirral.The RoleYou will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for their Planned Works Project across a stock of houses in the Wirral. Works will consist mainly of replacement windows andEWI works.Responsibilities:Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of worksAssisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the ClientContacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relationsVisiting tenants and advising them on completion dates, colour schemes etc.Attending/chairing tenant forum meetings/open days advising tenants of works being completedConducting surveysPre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completedGeneral admin - printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc.Flexibility to travel to scattered propertiesQualifications & ExperienceMust have previous experience of working as an TLO/RLO on social housing projects.CSCS card desirable but not essentialAbility to manage own workload & work to tight deadlinesAbility to work under pressureFull UK Driving Licence & Own TransportBenefits£16.00ph Umbrella PAYEPlus 0.45p Site MileageTemporary to Permanent positionThe opportunity of working with a leading Social Housing ContractorWhat to do next:If you are looking for your next project and this Tenant Liaison Officer position is of interest to you, please forward your CV to and we will discuss the role in more detail.
