Our client based in Prenton are currently recruiting for a Techncial Team Member based in their Application Support team within Systems Maintenance and Optimisation in the Centre of Excellence. On a long term contract.The post holder will have a requirement to respond to a number and wide range of enquiries on an ongoing basis ensuring all aspects of customer service are met; In addition to being the 1st line support function for internal and external customers, responding to and resolving incidents across various system applications in line with current SLAs, you will also be responsible for updates within Toughbooks as per agreedtimelines. You will also review the support documents and ensure they are compliant. You will embrace any change of process and facilitate training to associated users where required and document within training matrix. Your position will also hold responsibility for ensuring the mailbox is kept up to date with agreed target levels, take ownership of associated issues arising and ensure complete Customer Satisfaction in your resolution. Be aware of outstanding actions andprepare results for discussion within meetings to enable full vision of Scorecard and departmental KPIs Working as a team to deliver the CoE Business Plan as a whole, you will have a positive approach to self-development and accommodate training for other areas of the department to collectively achieve results.
