RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership witha School and College who are looking to appoint a dedicated Lead Speech and Language Therapist.Our School and College caters for children and young people, aged 5-19 years, with a range of complex special educational needs and disabilities and offers day and/or residential provision. We support pupils with social and communication difficulties, includingAutistic Spectrum Condition; complex learning, sensory and emotional needs, across a range of cognitive abilities. Flexibility, humour and willingness to go the extra mile are essential for all staff to ensure a high standard of support for all our pupils.Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated clinician to ensure that the Speech and Language Therapy actively assess and meet the needs of children and young people in line with EHCPs.The Lead SALT will make a significant and contribution to the further development of our Clinical Provision, personally delivering accurate assessment and therapeutic support, whilst leading and managing a team to achieve meaningful outcomes.The post-holder will ensure the effective delivery of Speech and Language Therapy support across all curriculum pathways in the school and college and will be expected to build rapport and form / manage productive relationships internally and externally; fromteachers, families and carers, to external professionals.Application Process: For further details and an application form please visit the school website or contact the Recruitment team directly for further information.The School does not accept CV’s.
