  • Provide tailored support to students with diverse Special Educational Needs in a classroom setting.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Offer one-to-one support to enhance the educational experience for students.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly in an Alternative Provision setting.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
