We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of Attendance Improvement Lead and contribute to the overall success of our students.Position: Attendance Improvement Lead as the Attendance Improvement Lead, you will be a key player in promoting and enhancing student attendance. Your role is critical in creating a positive and supportive environment that encourages regular attendance andfosters a sense of belonging within our school community.Key Responsibilities:Implement strategies to improve overall attendance rates.Work closely with students, parents, and staff to address attendance-related challenges.Monitor and analyse attendance data, identifying trends and implementing targeted interventions.Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement attendance improvement initiatives.Provide support and guidance to students facing attendance barriers.Qualifications:Experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.Strong understanding of attendance improvement strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyse data and implement targeted interventions.Passion for making a positive impact on students lives.Location: Wirral - a picturesque area with a strong sense of community and a commitment to educational excellence.Start Date: ASAP - Temporary position with the potential for a permanent role.Salary: £90 per dayHow to Apply: If you are ready to take on a rewarding challenge and contribute to the success of our school, we invite you to apply!
