ReceptionistBromborough£18,000 - £22,000I am recruiting a Receptionist to join a leading construction business based on the Wirral. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced highly acquisitive company with ambitious growth plans. The Receptionist is the first point of contact in the businessfor any external visitors and customer queries, as well as dealing with general office administration and internal queries. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously.Duties Include:- Answering phone calls and distributing to the correct employee- Booking hotels as and when required with instruction from the MD- Booking trains and travel as requested by the MD- Managing the company Oyster cards- Ordering stationary and site consumables and maintaining a spreadsheet so the costs can be coded accordingly by finance- Assisting finance with managing long term let accommodation- Ordering supplies for the office including cleaning products, and anything required at head office- Meeting and greeting guests- Managing bookings for the board room and updating the calendar- Any other ad hoc duties as requiredDue to the nature of the role the Receptionist will be based on site.Working Hours are 8am-5pm Monday to FridayBenefits Include:Company healthcare cover Pension auto enrolment Free Parking21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
