Job Description

Project Co-Ordinator, Construction£30k plus bonus - NestonMy client is a leading, national specialist working at height sub-contractor within the construction industry, specialising in permanent roof access and fall protection equipment.Working on Tier 1 projects with an impressive portfolio of clients and contractors, the company prides itself of the quality of its service, its products and its delivery.This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation with ambitious plans for continued growth and success.THE JOBThe successful Project Co Ordinator (commercial and site coordination) will be responsible for the successful delivery of installation and testing projects. This role focuses mainly on In-construction projects, working on site related activities once thedesign and procurement processes are completed by the teamworking closely with the Project Managers (design and procurement). Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Projects from procurement through to hand over, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved throughout
  • Ensure installation and maintenance projects are completed within the programme schedule and budget
  • Managing labour resource and ensuring efficiency
  • Effective management of multiple sites, customers and engineers
  • Continuously monitor and maintain excellent levels of health and safety and Quality control
  • Reviewing risk method statements and ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained throughout
  • Addressing commercial queries from clients and suppliers
  • Reporting directly to the Project Manager (Commercial and Site Co Ordination)
