Job Description

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with excellent knowledge of Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorneys to join a Wirral Firm. The successful candidate will take over an existing caseload in such matters with an accompanying bank of historicalwills.You will provide excellent client care and maintain strong relationships with clients. You must be confident and possess the skills to maintain the high-quality standards this practice is known for and a passion to excel. There is scope for career progressionin the future.This role also involves working with a small team which includes secretarial support.

  • Effective communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential. This is a small but busy branch office so the capability to work well under pressure at times is crucial.
  • You will be working as part of one of Wirrals most established and highly regarded private practice law firms with most of the work coming from personal recommendations and returning clients.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with private clients and a valid Legal practising certificate will be required.
  • STEP qualification will be advantageous but not essential for this role.
