Page Personnel are working hand in hand with this international investment business to recruit for a Pensions Administrator to join their busy operations department in their Wirral head office.Client DetailsThis business provides investment, savings and protection solutions to international investors around the World. It has become one of the largest independent providers within their sector. This business is going through a really exciting time and a hugeperiod of growth. This role would suit an experienced financial services administrator.DescriptionThis Pensions Administrator role will include the following:

  • Handle administration and case processing via email, phone, and letter.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets set by the Team Manager.
  • Maintain quality control and follow processes, systems, targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proactively provide excellent service to all stakeholders, understanding their requirements and keeping them updated.
  • Work professionally and positively, aligned with role competencies.
  • Support positive outcomes for pension scheme members.
ProfileThe successful candidate will require the following:
  • Experience working within the financial services sector
  • Strong administration skill set
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Customer focused skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Attention to detail

Job OfferThe successful Pensions Administrator will receive the following:
  • £22,000 - £24,000 - Dependant on experience
