Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a part-time payroll administrator to join a small to medium accountancy practice based in the Wirral. The role will involve:

  • Monthly/weekly/fortnightly processing of staff wages for clients (15-20 clients)
  • Maintain payroll records on payroll software (Moneysoft, BrightPay)
  • Ensure processes and procedures follow current regulations
  • Ensure accuracy of all payroll records and wage inputs
  • Respond to and resolve queries from clients relating to payroll
  • Calculate wages and deductions
  • Maintain and submit pension contributions
  • Liaison with HMRC - including production of EPS, FPS, P60, P45 reports for all clients,
  • Develop the payroll function to ensure it continues to meet clients needs
