Based in 4 locations Arrowe Park Hospital, Clatterbridge Hospital, and Wirral Women andChildrens Hospital.What youll be responsible for:

  • This post involves validating patients from our database and monitoring patients on PIFU.
  • You will be required to open and distribute the post, send out clinic letters and help with answering the telephones and other general office duties as required.
  • The candidate will be required to monitor the generic email inbox for community paediatrics. This will involve receiving and dealing with all emails, uploading attached documents to the patients electronic record using Cerner Millennium and redirectingemails to the appropriate clinician when necessary.
Youll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
Youll have the following skills/experience:
  • System Knowledge - Cerner Millennium
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent Computer/keyboard skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
