Job Description

Tradewind are recruiting!Maths Teacher Wanted for Academy Converter Secondary School on the Wirral!Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Maths Teacher looking for a new challenge Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of an academy converter secondary school on the Wirral, who are seeking a dynamic Maths Teacher to start immediately until July2023.As a successful candidate, you will be required to teach Maths to students across KS3 and KS4 on a full-time basis. The successful Maths Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess students progress, and support their academicand personal development.Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
  • Assess students progress and provide feedback to support their development
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure students receive a well-rounded education
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to the schools continuous improvement
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in Maths education and implement new teaching methods in the classroom
Requirements:
  • A degree in Maths or a related subject
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
