Job Description

We are currently looking to appoint two level 2 Teaching Assistants to support in a large Secondary school in the Bebington area in wirral.Aa Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our talented teaching staff in providing an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our students. Your enthusiasm, patience, and dedication will contribute to the overall successof our educational programs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with students, assisting them with their academic and personal development. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver effective lessons and learning activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra assistance.
  • Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help students develop essential skills, such as literacy and numeracy.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Promote positive behaviour and enforce school policies.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
