Job DescriptionPosition: HSEQ AssistantLocation: BromboroughSalary Scale: NEG DOEHours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday need some flexibilityThe HSEQ Assistant is required to provide assistance, direction and development of all facets in the management of the Health & Safety, Environment and Quality controls within a fast-growing company.Person Specifications:Ideally you will have a background in a similar role with an understanding of HSEQ management systems, document control and the fundamentals of health and safety management.The role would suit an experienced HSEQ administrator, or a newly qualified NEBOSH/IOSH certificate holder requiring experience of working with HSEQ management systems.The ideal candidate will be resilient, organised, and detail focused. They will need to be adaptable to change in a complex technical environment and work well under pressure when deadlines need to be met. An understanding of ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO 14001,or experience of working in an engineering or heavy manufacturing environment would be highly desirable.The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and have the ability to work well in a small team. They will have an eye for detail to ensure conformity documentation requirements are met throughout the business.Skills and Qualifications:Essential: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent safety training course. Competent user of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.Desirable: NEBOSH Environmental Certificate. First Aid training, Fire Warden Training, Internal Auditing certificate.
