H9 Human Resources are partnering with a fantastic national business to hire a HR Systems Specialist for a 6 Month FTC.The role will play a leading role in the HRIS project currently within the HR Team.Responsibilities:Responsible for the full implementation of a new HRIS systemWork closely with chosen provider configuring the system in line with our requirements.Take initiative on testing system activities and actively identify and resolve issues.Identify opportunities for enhanced user experience and other system integrations.Suggest modifications where required.Building reports and queries and report back to the wider business.Ensuring that the data/files moving from the old to the new system are cleansed and ready to load into the new system.Conducting data validation post migration.Responsible for ensuring that all users are well trained and have the resources they need (user guides, training materials etc) to create a seamless transition from the old to the new.Combine HR generalist knowledge and HR technical experience to drive system efficiencies.Support the wider employee relations team from time to time when required with generalist HR support.Your SkillsProven track record of successfully delivering HRIS systemsA highly organised project managerTech savvy and proficient using excel including V lookups.Well versed in creating project plans and status reportsAbility project plan efficiently within tight deadlinesExperience working in a fast-paced organisationExcellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to explain complex and technical solutions to a non-technical audience.Ability to learn and adapt to new processes effectively in a fast paced and evolving global environment.Good understanding of HR processes, including ER and DisciplinariesThe role comes with a salary of c£35,000pa
