Job Description

HR AdvisorThe WirrallCompetitive salaryPermanent, Full TimeOur client is seeking an experienced and ambitious HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to progress their career within a fast-paced environment. Working from their offices in The Wirral, your valuable HR experience, resilience, excellent influencing and communication skills will support you with providing a proactive, effective and professional HR service to your key stakeholders.Whilst championing group policies, procedures and initiatives, you will offer first class employee relations through a range of communication and engagement activities both locally and throughout the wider business. Your coaching style will assist you with building strong relationships and support you with offering advice and guidance on manpower planning activities, attendance and disciplinary matters, ensuring statutory legislation compliance. You will have loads of energy and relish a varied and busy workload supporting the HR Manager and other senior team Members with projects, which could include, change management, succession planning, learning and development, attraction and engagement initiatives.Ideally you will already be CIPD qualified and have some experience working in a manufacturing environment although this is not essential. You will have excellent excel, word and powerpoint skills. Ideally you will have experience using Resource Link, Success Factors and papaya although training can be provided.
