This is a very transformative and boldly brilliant time to join us at Magenta Living.Salary: £68,100Head of Business Assurance Role:The role is responsible for managing the Business Assurance programme, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, internal policies and procedures and supporting the transformational change across the organisation. This includes reporting tothe Magenta Living Board and Audit and Risk Committee as well as working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation to develop, implement and maintain effective risk and assurance processes and procedures. Alongside this you will have a good workingknowledge of compliance with data protection legislation including GDPR in order to support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and deputise, when necessary, by liaising and cooperating with the Information Commissioners Office.Head of Business Assurance Requirements:You will have a comprehensive and successful background in risk and compliance, with strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to work constructively and collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
